I need to be here!
One of my favorite poems adapted to fit Doctor Who? How can I not love it?
One of the best spoken word poems I have ever heard. And with beautiful images/music behind it too. A Finger, Two Dots Then Me.
"Have the courage to lose control. Have the courage to feel useless. Have the courage to listen. Have the courage to receive. Have the courage to let your heart be broken. Have the courage to feel. Have the courage to fall in love. Have the courage to get ruined for life. Have the courage to make a friend." ~Dean Brackley.
Gracias, Padre Dean, for the incredible blessing you have been on my life. You are what got me through the really hard times in El Salvador, and your spirit continues to inspire and move me forward. As you said, “sigue adelante.”

It is really sad to me how few posts about the Booth at the End there have been. It is such a unique and profound and truly interesting show. I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone! Go to Hulu and watch it; I promise you won’t regret it. (And when you do watch it, let me know what you think!)
Lovely bit of wisdom there.
God’s grace on earth can be seen in the innocence and beauty of a child.
“You know what? Fuck beauty contests. Life is one fucking beauty contest after another. School, then college, then work… Fuck that. And fuck the Air Force Academy. If I want to fly, I’ll find a way to fly. You do what you love, and fuck the rest”.
